We collect only what a production needs: your name, contact details, scripts and references. Form submissions land in our studio inbox and are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Scripts and recordings
Unreleased scripts, takes and masters are treated as confidential by default and available under mutual NDA on request. Project files are retained for two years so revisions stay easy, then archived offline.
Newsletter
Our monthly email goes only to addresses that explicitly opted in, with one-click unsubscribe in every issue. Unconfirmed signups are never mailed.
Every booking is confirmed by a written quote stating the fee, schedule, deliverables and usage. The session is booked when you approve that quote; the fee is due within fourteen days of final delivery.
Revisions and usage
One revision round is included in vocal sessions and two in music productions. Usage — media, territory and term — is licensed as stated in your quote, with buyouts and renewals available any time.
Cancellation
Booth time cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice is rebooked free of charge. Later cancellations are billed at half the session fee, since the artists and engineers were reserved for you.
